What is a cold storage door?
As the name suggests, cold storage doors, like the body of the cold storage, are made of sandwich panels with a polyurethane foam core to prevent heat exchange as well as other components of the cold storage. One of the most important steps in designing a cold storage is choosing the door according to the type of cold storage. In fact, doors are the most effective factor in the energy consumption of a cold store through air exchange due to its connection to the outside environment. The number of times the door is opened and closed, due to the increased penetration of outside air into the interior environment, causes the cold store refrigeration system to work harder and can increase energy consumption by up to 50%. As a result, using a standard and appropriate cold store door has a significant impact on the optimal operation of the cold store.
Types of cold storage doors
Parsin cold storage doors are manufactured in two types: sliding and hinged, using advanced machinery and modern technology. These doors are designed and manufactured in such a way that they are airtight after closing, preventing energy waste.
